A rigorous headhunting method

Every assignment starts with a written brief, often taken at the client’s premises, followed by a sourcing strategy agreed together. The firm approaches candidates methodically and confidentially, drawing on its talent pool and on consultants who specialise by sector or by function. The client gets an update every week, and the firm follows both client and candidate through onboarding. When an assignment falls outside its expertise, the firm prefers to turn it down.

Executive search: Retained headhunting on an exclusive basis, with an upfront fee and invoicing in three instalments. Each hire is guaranteed for the full probation period, including any renewal.
HR advisory and assessment: Assessment of a candidate’s potential, notably to inform an internal application, plus outplacement, coaching and onboarding support.
Interim management: Occasional interim assignments for leadership needs over a limited period.
