A collective of independent recruiters, all from recruitment firms or in-house hiring teams. The collective provides them with assignments, tools and a sales team, so each recruiter can focus on their field. It supports start-ups, scale-ups and small businesses across all their hiring.

One expert per field

The collective is not a generalist: it is organised into business units, each run by six to seven specialist recruiters. Every brief goes to the recruiter whose functional and geographic expertise best fits the role. Sourcing combines LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (APEC, HelloWork, Welcome to the Jungle), AI sourcing tools and sponsored multiposting on more than 20 job sites.

How the firm supports you

Permanent hiring
The core of the business (95% of assignments): sourcing, pre-screening, interview scheduling and onboarding follow-up. Replacement guarantee if the probation period ends, whether at the candidate’s or the client’s initiative.
Freelance and temporary
Occasional freelance and temporary assignments, so the client can hand all its hiring to a single partner.
Post-hire follow-up
A check-in with the client and the candidate after one week, one month, three months, six months and one year.

In September 2026, the collective closed some twenty hires, including AI engineers for a scale-up, technical sales staff for manufacturers and an M&A analyst. It opened between 100 and 150 new clients over the year, more and more often through referrals.
