Success-based recruitment
No upfront fee: the fee, a percentage of gross annual pay set at scoping, is only due once the offer is accepted. The invoice is payable within 30 days and a replacement guarantee is included in the contract. For permanent and freelance hires.
Executive search
For leadership roles, a direct-approach assignment, usually on an exclusive basis, with a retainer paid in three instalments: at launch, at shortlist and at hire. First qualified profiles within fifteen days.
Follow-up through onboarding
A weekly progress update during the search, then follow-up of the candidate until the end of their probation period.
