Can I try Leonar for free?
Yes. You can start with the Free plan, which gives you access to basic CRM features and up to 500 contacts with no time limit. If you want to explore paid features like sourcing credits and outreach sequences, both the Starter and Professional plans come with a 7-day free trial that includes full access to every feature. No credit card is required to start, and you will not be charged automatically when the trial ends. This lets you test the platform thoroughly before making a commitment.
What happens after my trial ends?
When your 7-day trial ends, you can choose to subscribe to a paid plan to keep using premium features, or you can stay on the Free plan with no obligation. All your data, including candidate profiles, outreach sequences, and notes, remains intact regardless of your decision. You will not lose any work. If you decide to upgrade later, everything will be exactly where you left it, so there is no pressure to decide immediately.
Can I change plans later?
You can switch between Starter and Professional at any time from your account settings. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you will only be charged the prorated difference for the remaining days in your billing period. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you keep access to the higher plan features until then. There are no penalties or lock-in contracts.
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are used to reveal a candidate's verified contact information, such as their professional email address or phone number. Each time you unlock a candidate's details, one credit is consumed. Starter users receive 100 credits per user per month, and Professional users receive 400 credits per user per month. Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. If you run out before the cycle ends, you can purchase additional credit packs directly from your dashboard without changing your plan.
Is there a minimum contract length?
There is no minimum contract length for any plan. Monthly subscriptions renew each month and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year and save you 25% compared to monthly billing. If you cancel an annual plan, you retain access to all features until the end of your prepaid period. We do not charge early termination fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For annual plans on teams of five or more users, we can also arrange payment by bank transfer or invoice. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and you will receive a detailed invoice by email after each charge. You can manage your billing details and download past invoices from your account settings at any time.
Can I add or remove users from my team?
Yes. You can add new users to your team at any time from your admin dashboard. Each additional user is billed at the same per-user rate as your current plan, prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. If a team member leaves, you can remove their seat and the adjustment will be reflected in your next invoice. There is no limit to how many users you can add on paid plans.
Do you offer discounts for large teams or nonprofits?
Yes. For teams of ten or more users, we offer volume discounts that are applied automatically when you subscribe. Nonprofit organizations and educational institutions may also qualify for special pricing.
